Rozella Haydée White is the #LoveBigCoach, a public theologian, spiritual life coach, leadership consultant, inspirational speaker and writer focused on nurturing love that is life-giving, justice-seeking, and sustaining.

She is the author of Love Big: The Power of Revolutionary Relationships to Heal the World (Fortress Press, 2019) and has written numerous articles, curriculums, and resources focused on faith and spirituality, community development, leadership, and justice steeped in a Love Ethic. Rozella is a contributor to A Rhythm of Prayer: A Collection of Meditations for Renewal (Convergent, 2021), edited by Sarah Bessey.

Kurtz has been touring and singing for almost 20 years. She speaks frankly about love, God, parenting, heartbreak and her infectious laugh is peppered throughout her concerts. Her songs are rife with emotion and can make you get up and dance. Whether she is singing in a bar or church, her voice can cut through the noise and gives the listener a place to rest.

Kristina attended Sagrado Corazón University in Puerto Rico, where she received a Bachelor of Arts in Telecommunications. She attended the Illinois Institute of Art-Chicago and received an Associate’s degree in Graphic Design. The ability to thrive in countless settings has built her capacity for cross-cultural communications and leadership development. She has a passion for supporting local businesses, startups, and women in leadership. She also works as art director, project manager, portrait photographer, video/audio editor, and systems developer. Kristina enjoys making passion fruit jam, exploring the vast world of teas, and hanging out with her husband Elvin, and their two pups, Coque and Olaf.
