Read the ways that you can prepare before the event:

Participate in a Show-in-Tell with your Thankoffering container
Create a Thankoffering container by Thursday, February 20 in time for Thursday evening’s regional meetings. Our leadership event ends with a Thankoffering service. Each attendee is asked to contribute a Thankoffering. Go online any time to make a gift
If you would prefer to mail in your Thankoffering, make the check payable to Women of the ELCA, note “WOG0420 Thankoffering” on the memo line, and mail it to:

Merrifield VA 22116-8009.
(All Thankofferings should be sent before the end of February.)

Discussion questions to ponder
Consider theses discussion questions for the informal discussion:

• What are you doing in your synodical organization to connect with your congregational units during the pandemic?
• What’s working in your clusters or conferences?
• How are your units engaging with campus ministries?
  
• How do you support and engage with women on the roster?

A churchwide executive board member and a churchwide staff member will join each regional conversation to both guide the conversation and to record all the good ideas that will come from answering these questions.
