SALT Appeal
“Add salt to all your offerings.” Leviticus 2:13
Women of the ELCA’s fundraising team has launched a new appeal to close last year’s $250,000 funding gap. The appeal’s name comes from Leviticus and gives instructions on how to season grain offerings made to God and gives us an important message: We are not just called to give our “first fruits” but to offer them with seasoning. We define salt as a verb: Share Abundance, Love, and Thanks! (SALT).
