Beloved, I do not consider that I have made it my own; but this one thing I do: forgetting what lies behind and straining forward to what lies ahead. (Philippians 3:13)
2015 has been quite the year! Where has all of the time gone?
I can sit back and wonder why I didn’t accomplish all of my 2015 goals or whether my resolutions were realistic in the first place.
But I am not going to do that because 2015 is behind me and new opportunities for 2016 await me. The Bible says in the book of Philippians to forget what lies behind and press forward with what lies ahead.
2016 is here. Let us concentrate on what will help us to become all that we can be. For me, that would include meditation. So for 2016, I resolve to add a morning meditation/devotion to my daily routine.
What changes are you going to make for the New Year?
