Agent of change

Ms. Jerri, a 70-year-old dancer, inspires me. She teaches jazz and hip hop in her own studio to students from her community. She has taught generations of families that are willing to learn and experience her wisdom, energy and love of dancing. She has been an inspiration and enjoys giving back.

Our communities are in need of women like Ms Jerri. She is using her love of dancing to have fun as she teaches the next generation and inspiring young girls each day. Are you an agent of change giving back to your community?

If you are not sure how to give back or if your group needs help to discern what you can do, visit www.womenoftheelca.org and download our featured resource Listening to God: A Guide to Discernment. This guide explores what it means to discern God’s hope and desires for you.

If you are giving back to the next generation, inspire others to make a difference. Share how you are an agent of change.Together we can make a difference in our communities, society and world.

Eva James Yeo is the director for membership.
