As the Body of Christ, none of us can boast that we have all the answers, all the strength, or all the wisdom to be self-sufficient in our service to God.
As we accept God’s love for ourselves, we also remember that God loves all of his creation and that all are gifted. We were created to work in community, as we see in the text of Acts. When we recognize that, we strive to help each person use the gifts God has bestowed on them for the good of all.
More can be accomplished when the gifts of more persons are utilized. We were not created to work in isolation or to expect that all depends on just one person. We were created to work in community and to preach Jesus Christ through our actions and our words.
