For many of us faith is like a journey: We are not sure of all the details, but we are not really lost either. Faith is a life of continuous pathfinding. We might make a few dead-end turns, but we really cannot get terribly lost. Each turn is full of discovery about God and God’s relationship to us.
This message is adapted from “What Is Faith” written by Kathleen B. Chartier in the January 1993 issue of Lutheran Woman Today (now Gather) magazine. Today is the 14th Sunday after Pentecost.
