A cup half full–that’s my life attitude! As I look back over the last decade, all I can see are the good things. Oh, I’m sure there have been plenty of not-so-good events that happened and times when life did not go as planned. Like now, during this COVID-19 virus.
Still, as I reflect upon the start of a new decade, my cup fills and overflows with optimism and hope.
I pray that the people of our world find peace with each other; that comfort and love fill the lives of all children. I wish relief for those who hunger and experience devastation. I hope God’s people are the leaders that make these things happen.
I pray that you will join me with optimism and hope. I am optimistic that if you try to keep your eyes and hearts wide open, you will experience something new and exciting that God has in store. Be optimistic, and you will find it hard to keep your cup half empty. Hope and love are spilling out of my cup! Will you catch it?
