 
 Reservations must be made by June 15, 2008. After this date, unbooked
hotel rooms in the Women of the ELCA blocks
will be released, and the
hotels may
charge significantly higher rates. Only one person per room
should submit a housing reservation form (include names of all occupants
and ages of children under 18 on the form). A housing reservation
will not be processed if the form is incomplete. Telephone requests will
not be accepted.

Acknowledgments
An acknowledgment of your reservation will be sent after booking.
Please review it carefully for accuracy and retain this acknowledgment
for your records. (Bring it with you to the Gathering in case it is
needed.)
Room guarantee
A valid credit card or check deposit guarantee is required for all
housing reservations. Some hotels require a non-refundable first night
room and tax deposit. If this applies, the credit card provided on the
housing reservation form will be charged for that amount. You also may
make a check deposit in the amount of $200, made payable to The Housing
Connection. Housing reservations received without a valid guarantee will
not be processed. One deposit guarantees the room for all occupants.
(Note that guarantee with a debit card may result in a hold being placed
on the required funds.)
Changes and cancellations
Housing cancellations received after May 1, 2008, are subject to a
$50 cancellation fee. Additional cancellation penalties may be assessed
by hotels for cancellations after June 15, 2008. Also note: Your
confirmed hotel may assess an early departure fee for departure date
changes at check-in.
