If
the president
for any reason
vacates her
position or is
absent, the vice
president takes
the chair or
president's role
in conducting
the tasks of the
president. To
this end, the
vice president
should be
current in all
matters of the
unit, including
the ministry
plan and its six
features, and
knowledgeable
and supportive
of the
president's
desired outcomes
for a business
meeting.
Speaks
in unison with
the president on
matters decided.
In
many
circumstances it
is the vice
president who
works in
partnership with
the president as
her designee in
appropriate
situations and
as assigned.
