In-kind gifts overflowed at triennial gathering
Gifts
were collected for social service organizations in the San
Antonio area and quilts were made for Lutheran World Relief as a
part of the in-kind gifts project.
- Gift cards: $22,608 was collected in gift cards
from various retail stores.
- Health kits: 727 health kits were assembled and
presented.
- Phone cards: 117,382 minutes purchased.
- Quilts: Women brought 599 quilt kits from home to
the Gathering and by Friday at noon had assembled a total of
171 quilts for Lutheran World Relief.
